Please may I mention that Pimlico Flats rent flats within the House of Commons Division Bell, and we would not dream of charging as much as £400 pw. We currently have a 3 Bedroom flat with Garden in one of the finest parts of Westminster for £346 pw, a 2 Bedroom Flat for £275 pw as well as several Double Studios for £185 pw inclusive of bills.
