Pimlico Flats Newsletter Feedback & Regularity
Ok Ok so I promised a Newsletter every month and haven’t delivered. Everything about Pimlico Flats is developing, and I hope improving, and that includes me. This is the November Newsletter and I am sorry it’s late, and for that matter that there weren’t Newsletters for August, September and October!
Newsletters come from me, not some PR agency. They come with my faults and inabilities, so I have to put my hands up and say – it’s my fault, there is no one contracted to produce a monthly Newsletter, if it didn’t appear it’s because I didn’t have anything to say, or was too busy. I really don’t know if Newsletters are valued – 100% of the comments I’ve had back are positive, but only 10% of you have commented – is it worth doing? Currently I don’t see it as a priority but I will do it as it seems a good idea. I will try to produce one every month – if I get positive feedback about this I am more likely to do this as a priority.
Contacting Pimlico Flats
Meantime the Real Issues are dealt with off the internet, and I thought it was worth my stating in the newsletter your options to get problems fixed:
Maintenance:
In the event of an emergency please phone George on 07947 777575. If you cannot get through please feel free to phone me on 07850 769597.
George is in reception 09:00 – 12:00 Mon – Fri & at around 10:00 Sat & Sun. Just tell him your problem or leave a note, and we aim to fix the problem the same day. George and Danny will attend to any problem as soon as they know about it.
If you need a more formal approach send an e-mail to maintenance@pimlico-flats.co.uk and you will get a reply within 24 hours. The first reply will always be to ask what George & Danny have identified the problem as being, so be sure to know what the reply is because I can’t progress without the answer to that question.
Internet Access:
If you are having a problem with Internet Access send an e-mail to network@pimlico-flats.co.uk and you will get a reply from Ant within 24 hours. Most internet issues turn out to be a problem with your computer rather than our network so be prepared to pay the costs of resolving your computer problems if that is found to be the issue. As our Internet Access is provided free of charge we do not accept any liabilities for lack of access, and I recommend that all tenants wanting gaming/business access to arrange their own ISP.
Accounts:
If you have a problem with your Rent, or Inventory please send an e-mail to accounts@pimlico-flats.co.uk and you will get a reply within 24 hours from Carol who will deal with any questions that you may have.
I personally see all e-mails sent to the pimlico-flats.co.uk domain.
