Pimlico Flats Electrical Appliance PAT Testing Week

Last week was Gas Testing week – all gas appliances were tested, and landlord’s certificates obtained.

Next week (week commencing 15th February) is Electricity Testing week. The Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994 requires that all mains electrical equipment (cookers, washing machines, kettles, etc), new or second-hand, supplied with the accommodation must be safe. We have employed a PAT testing company to check all appliances in all flats, and they will be visiting your flat to conduct tests at some point during the week.
