Half Price Student Rents

We are offering a “Half Price Flats and Studios” deal for students this summer. If you are a student looking to secure a flat, studio or bedsit for the next academic year we can offer you a fantastic rental deal to solve your accommodation problems. If you rent any flat from us you will pay half price on the flat for the period that the flat stands empty. You pay the Council Tax (well you don’t because you are a student, but you know what we mean), we pay the utilities, and we split the rent 50:50. We will store your personal belongings (please – no valuables, and provide your own insurance) until you are ready to move into the flat. This applies to any flat that we offer for rent over the summer.
