Sorry
I took my wife away for the weekend, and whilst I was away all hell seems to have broken loose in the London Rental market. I presume that this is the students returning from the vacation, and looking to find accommodation for the academic year, but either way we suddenly got swamped with enquiries.
We have the target of getting back to enquiries on the same day that we receive them, and I am sorry that for several reasons we haven’t managed that this weekend.
I need to apologise to everyone – George had recharging problems with his phone, I had no signal for 2 days, and my mail client appears to have thrown it’s dummy out of the pram, refusing to reply to 18 people and sending 4 people 5 identical replies each! You know what they say – to err is human, but for a complete Cockup you need a computer. I believe that I have replied to the initial 18, and I have a further 20 who I am going to try to write to in a second, but I thought a quick blog would be the quickest way to get the message out:

The current situation on vacancies:
- All the flats advertised previously have now been let.
- We will have 7 new Studios becoming available from 2 weeks time onwards at a range of prices from £950 pcm – £1200 pcm.
- We will have a 2 or 3 Bedroom garden flat available from October for £1800 pcm. We are currently preparing details for this, but it is magnificently refurbished to the highest standards.
- We have short term serviced studios for £600 pw inclusive.
