We are a privately owned Landlord who for 50 years have provided a proportion of our housing stock to subsidised housing to the disadvantaged, low paid workers (such as nurses), & DHSS tenants. Often this has meant that we are obliged to provide “Management” of “Care in the Community” issues, & we find that we are at odds with our Local Authority who are protecting their budget at our expense. Consequently we have decided to withdraw from direct rental to disadvantaged groups, & from now on to rent through Charities who will manage the social issues of the tenant.
If you are a Charity seeking accommodation for your clients in the City of Westminster, we are prepared to offer appropriate accommodation at below market rents. The particular circumstances need to be negotiated on a client by client basis, but if you are a Charity & this is of interest to you please feel free to contact us directly.
Please note – if you are not a Registered Charity we will not acknowledge your e-mail, we will not reply, in fact – please, just don’t bother.
